Rooted in the principles of permaculture, this land is being thoughtfully designed to regenerate and sustain life, honoring the deep wisdom of the Earth.

As Shambala Vihār takes shape, the permaculture farm will flourish with a diverse array of fruits, vegetables, and Ayurvedic herbs. Every plant will be nurtured with intention, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that provides nourishment and healing for both body and spirit. By working in alignment with nature, we are cultivating abundance while restoring balance to the land.
At the heart of this sanctuary, the Shakti Healing Temple will stand as a sacred space for energy healing, where individuals can reconnect with their inner essence and experience deep transformation. This temple will be a beacon of light, offering a space for renewal and spiritual awakening.

Shambala – A realm of peace, stability, joy, and harmony. In ancient Buddhist, Hindu, and Chinese texts, Shambala is described as a beautiful paradise where people lived in enlightened harmony. We are now entering the Golden Age of Shambala. Vihār – means sacred grounds, devotional place, ashram, monastery. Green colour – Nature, Earth, Heart Chakra, Garden Isle – Kauai Gold Colour – is associated with divinity, enlightenment, abundance, and radiance of the soul. It represents the divine essence and inner light. Circle – Unity, community, wholeness, eternity Tree of Life – represents abundance, the interconnectedness of Earth's diversity, wisdom, the bridge between Heaven and Earth, unity, strength, the principle of "as above, so below," and enlightenment. Sacred Geometry – a sacred geometric symbol from the Vedic tradition that represents the Shri Yantra. "Shri" means radiant and is also an epithet for the Goddess of abundance and wealth. This symbol is considered the visual representation of the sacred sound of creation, Om, embodying cosmic resonance. Comprising nine interlocking triangles, four point upwards to represent masculine energy, and five point downwards to signify feminine energy. The Shri Yantra symbolizes the power of Lalita Tripura Sundari, the Divine Mother, the creatrix of all existence.
Purnima Chaudhari
Extensive experience and passion for promoting health and well-being through various modalities
Purnima Chaudhari, founder and steward of Shambala Vihār, is an International Master Teacher and Practitioner of various healing modalities, including Usui Reiki, Holy Fire®️ III Reiki, Karuna®️Reiki, New Earth Reiki, and ICRT Animal Reiki. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Microbiology and is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP), with extensive training in Aesthetics, Spa Therapies, Reflexology, Integrated Energy Therapy, Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation. With over three decades of experience in wellness and healing, Purnima founded the New Earth Reiki lineage in 2021, which has since gained a global following. She has hosted Ayurveda and Yoga retreats internationally and played a pivotal role in promoting Ayurveda in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Canada, serving as Chair of the Manitoba Chapter of the Ayurveda Association of Canada. Purnima has certified hundreds of individuals in Reiki worldwide and continues to facilitate healing sessions globally. She is a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association and the Center for Reiki Research, recognized for her expertise and contributions to the field. Purnima is also a public speaker, author, and has been featured on numerous podcasts, summits, webinars, and conferences, sharing her wealth of knowledge and experiences.
